Description

You will own end-to-end testing processes at Nova Credit, driving quality assurance for new software and analytical product features. You'll reduce cycle time through test automation, shift testing left by partnering with engineers, and manage pre-launch testing for complex deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, test engineering, or related software engineering roles in SaaS/FinTech
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Mixpanel, Datadog, Splunk, or similar data analysis and monitoring tools
• Strong automation mindset with experience reducing manual testing and building frameworks
• Proven track record of driving QA process improvements for pre-production and post-production excellence
• Advanced troubleshooting and triage abilities in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test plans including functional, integration, and regression testing
• Drive quality assurance for new feature launches through pre-launch and post-launch activities
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving with Customer Support, Consumer Operations, and Engineering
• Own and optimize QA metrics and reporting frameworks
• Identify and implement quick-win improvements to testing processes
