💼 About This Role

You'll prepare and deliver financial reporting across True Independent Holdings and its portfolio of agencies. Your work will support month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting while providing actionable insights to senior leadership. This high-visibility role offers significant exposure to the CFO and agency leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages with actuals and forecasts
• Support month-end close and forecast cycle data gathering
• Own budgeting and forecasting for assigned agencies
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from leadership

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
