You'll manage a diverse patient panel in a primary care setting, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits. You'll collaborate with a team dedicated to transforming healthcare through a blend of in-office and virtual care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct tele-health visits
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• At least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or board eligible with plan to obtain within 1 year)
• State licensed in Washington
