Description

As the Manager of International Benefits Operations, you will lead and develop teams responsible for delivering an exceptional Benefits experience on the Justworks platform. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage benefits partner relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Finance to improve systems and drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, build, lead, and develop teams responsible for International Benefits operations
  • Establish and improve KPIs for issue resolution times, accuracy, and satisfaction
  • Manage benefits partner relationships including contract negotiations and implementation
  • Ensure global compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Create and maintain cross-functional partnerships with CSO and Program Management
