You'll lead the development of a data product for an entertainment client, driving architectural improvements and refactoring monoliths to microservices. You'll be a technical reference across multiple squads, focusing on performance and quality culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design sustainable architectural improvements
• Refactor monoliths to microservices and modularize embedded frontends
• Make architectural decisions and document them (ADRs)
• Serve as technical reference for multiple squads

📋 Requirements

• Hybrid work 2x per week in Rio de Janeiro office
• Vanilla JavaScript expertise
• Event loop, garbage collection, memory leaks, DOM manipulation
• Microservices and distributed systems experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with embedded browser applications
• Experience with HLS/MPEG-DASH, DRM, and custom players
• Experience with buffering, ABR, playback error telemetry
