Description

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for tech, product, and business roles, partner with founders and hiring managers, build talent pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, drive employer branding, and support onboarding in a fast-paced AI startup environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years talent acquisition experience in startup or SaaS/tech
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on, proactive, thrives in fast-paced environment
• Based in Berlin
