Your role is crucial in representing the culture and brand of Brighton Jones, a purpose-driven RIA. You'll manage front desk operations, office aesthetics, vendor coordination, and event support.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Greet and personalize guest experiences from arrival.
- Maintain office aesthetics and organization.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Process deliveries and manage mail distribution.
- Coordinate vendors for cleaning, pest control, HVAC.
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of general administrative experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
