You'll be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment. Your role is crucial in representing the culture and brand of Brighton Jones, a purpose-driven RIA. You'll manage front desk operations, office aesthetics, vendor coordination, and event support.

  • Greet and personalize guest experiences from arrival.
  • Maintain office aesthetics and organization.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Process deliveries and manage mail distribution.
  • Coordinate vendors for cleaning, pest control, HVAC.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of general administrative experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
