💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve the infrastructure platform for a systematic trading firm, building systems that quants, developers, and traders rely on daily. You'll drive full-stack observability, reliable self-service compute orchestration, and unified release pipelines that scale with the firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for diverse applications.
• Operate and scale compute orchestration platforms (Slurm, Kubernetes).
• Implement observability stack: metrics, logging, tracing.
• Maintain hybrid infrastructure across cloud and on-premises.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years building internal platform services for dev teams.
• Strong proficiency in Linux and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on programming in Python or similar for automation.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure (cloud, on-prem, colo).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a trading firm with uptime and latency requirements.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• Experience with log aggregation and SIEM systems.
