💼 About This Role

You'll join the Risk Management team at an independent, employee-owned company to build out the enterprise risk management program. You'll analyze and monitor market, credit, operational, and liquidity risks, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer. This role offers a chance to shape risk frameworks for a 90-year-old firm with a strong community focus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop monitoring and reporting for enterprise-wide risk exposures
• Analyze bank financial data for quarterly health reports
• Coordinate with business units on risk control self-assessment
• Prepare materials for firmwide committees with senior leaders

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• At least 5 years experience in financial risk management
• Knowledge of VaR and DV01 statistical calculations
• Proficiency with Bloomberg terminal and reporting tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Risk Management
• FINRA SIE and Series 99 certification
• Experience in broker-dealer or financial institution risk management
