Description

You will work in a team environment to source, screen, and conduct due diligence on private equity fund managers, co-investments, and secondaries. You'll perform quantitative and qualitative research, financial modeling, and prepare investment committee materials.

Requirements

• 1 year of investment banking, consulting, or private equity experience
• GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and conduct due diligence on private equity fund managers, co-investments, and secondaries
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research and financial modeling/analysis on companies and assets
• Interact with fund managers and portfolio management teams for in-depth underwriting
• Analyze PPMs, financial statements, and investment returns
• Prepare due diligence materials and Investment Committee memos
