Description

You will lead the delivery and evolution of enterprise applications that support internal operations, including an in-house platform for project orchestration, time-tracking, and operational management. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams of developers and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while continuously improving the tools and processes that support global teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management in technology, enterprise applications, or digital product environments
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams including front-end and back-end developers
• Strong experience managing projects involving enterprise systems, ERPs, or custom-built applications
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices
• Experience with ERP and Project Management tools such as Oracle NetSuite, Atlassian, or similar

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives, including feature enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including front-end developers, back-end engineers, and system administrators
• Oversee initiatives related to internal platforms supporting project orchestration, time-tracking, and operational workflows
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
