💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end recruiting for all software disciplines at a space-based manufacturing startup. You'll design hiring strategies, execute full-cycle search processes, and serve as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership. This is a strategic operator role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute recruiting strategies for software engineering teams
• Source, screen, and close senior software engineering talent across multiple channels
• Manage 10+ active searches while maintaining exceptional candidate experience
• Lead offer strategy and close negotiations for senior and leadership-level hires

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven experience recruiting software engineers for hardware-centric companies
• Track record sourcing and closing senior and staff-level software engineering talent
• Experience with embedded systems, real-time software, or safety-critical software recruiting

✨ Nice to Have

• In-house recruiting experience at a hardware or deep tech startup (Series A through growth stage)
• Experience hiring across multiple software disciplines: embedded, flight software, firmware, controls, simulation
• Background building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
