You'll help ensure the stability and integrity of Kalshi's markets by managing operational risk and post-trade processing. You'll monitor trading activity around the clock and serve as the first point of contact for operational issues. You'll play a key role in shaping the systems that power next-generation markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily trade and clearing operations for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor risk exposure and system performance continuously
• Contribute to development of automated monitoring systems
• Lead incident response and root-cause analyses

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in derivatives, repo, or OTC markets
• Analytical capabilities with advanced Excel/Sheets skills
• Knowledge of clearing processes and operational risk management
