- Drive revenue growth achieving annual sales targets across biotech and pharma accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with key decision-makers
- Manage sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive opportunity management
- Lead client engagements including presentations, negotiations, and contract structuring
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in life sciences, business, or related field
- Extensive experience in business development within pharma, biotech, or CRO industry
- Proven track record managing complex high-value accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of drug development processes and clinical research services
