Description

As a Customer Advocate, you will deliver vehicles directly to customers using our custom car haulers, load and unload vehicles, complete paperwork, and maintain a clean driving record. This role offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities within a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Must obtain Notary within 90 days
• Availability to work 7 days a week, rotating shifts

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers using car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system
• Inspect hauler for safety
• Drive safely and maintain clean driving record
