You'll own the full spectrum of HR across BJAK's global organization, spanning multiple countries and time zones. You'll build and scale the HR function in a high-growth environment, driving talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership support. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.

• Lead end-to-end HR globally, including talent acquisition and operations.
• Partner with founders on organization design and workforce planning.
