You'll lead the People Partners function at BlaBlaCar, ensuring high-quality HR advisory across global business units. Your impact will be in translating business priorities into human capital strategies and maintaining workforce cost discipline. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of senior HRBPs through objectives and performance reviews
• Serve as escalation point for cross-perimeter HR topics requiring arbitration
• Lead or oversee large-scale restructuring projects like M&A and organizational redesign
• Accountable for headcount planning, tracking, and personnel cost monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years of senior HR generalist experience
• Personally driven performance management cycles and restructuring projects
• Experience working across multiple geographies and labour law contexts
• Fluency in English and French for daily operations

• Financial literacy in headcount costs and FP&A interfaces
• Experience building policies and frameworks that scale
• Strong command of French labour law for social dialogue
