You'll drive store sales by creating an authentic, excellent experience for every guest through genuine connection and product education. You'll be an expert in product knowledge and help educate customers about our community and culture. This role offers monthly store incentives and free yoga classes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives
• Engage with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture
• Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow and visual merchandising

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
