💼 About This Role

You'll lead global compliance delivery for Waymo's autonomous driving technology, ensuring adherence to international standards and regulations. You will architect the roadmap for foundational compliance with standards like UN R155 and R156, coordinating certification programs and integrating them into the Safety Management System. This role offers the chance to navigate high regulatory ambiguity and drive global launch readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect global compliance delivery roadmap for international markets.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of technical certification programs.
• Integrate standards compliance with the Safety Management System.
• Navigate high ambiguity and maintain progress on long-term compliance goals.
• Identify and mitigate compliance delivery risks to avoid global launch delays.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in International Compliance.
• Full-stack understanding of AV architecture (sensors to planning software).
• Experience implementing compliance programs (ISO 26262, SOTIF, UN R155/R156).
• Proven track record of global launches in non-U.S. markets (EU, APAC).

✨ Nice to Have

• Specific experience with SAE Level 4+ autonomous vehicles.
• Prior leadership in Insider Risk or Data Privacy programs.
• Familiarity with GDPR and its application to sensor data.
