Description

You will support Square's resellers by providing product expertise, handling escalations, and co-selling to drive GPV and revenue growth. You'll also partner with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and inform strategy. This role involves significant travel for product training and go-live support.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Sales, Account Management, or similar client-facing role
  • Consistent overachievement of goals
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Deep understanding of ISO/Reseller community
  • Comfortable navigating changing situations and thinking quickly on feet

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct reseller support as a product expert, co-selling and handling escalations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and product gaps
  • Conduct product training, installation, and go-live training (significant travel)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
  • Assess business opportunities and position Square against competitors
