Description
As a Director of Data Strategy & Analytics, you will lead marketing technology strategy for Kepler's clients, bridging data ETL and analytics functions. You'll drive innovation in signal resilience, identity resolution, and AI integration while providing direct client leadership and advanced auditing.
Requirements
- Deep AdTech/MarTech stack knowledge including Google Marketing Platform, Meta CAPI, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and leading CDPs
- Proven experience with signal loss via Server-to-Server integrations and identity-based solutions
- Ability to translate complex technical blockers into business-focused recommendations for CMOs/CTOs
- Experience with tag management systems, data flow, and measurement instrumentation
- Knowledge of privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) for data usage rules
Responsibilities
- Evolve and manage the Technology practice for signal resilience, identity resolution, and marketing automation
- Shift clients from MTA/platform-attribution to evolving frameworks like server-side tracking
- Lead internal training on emerging tech (e.g., Google Privacy Sandbox, Data Clean Rooms)
- Partner with TDS team to evangelize Kip AI tools and identify marketing technology innovations
- Develop and deploy monitoring tools to identify external signal loss or pixel firing issues
