Description

You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for cloud infrastructure, reliability, and security automation. Oversee AWS-based infrastructure, drive DevSecOps practices, and mentor a high-performing team to ensure scalable and secure systems that empower rapid innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering
• 2+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Expertise in AWS environments and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• Knowledge of SOC2 and compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud infrastructure, reliability, and security automation strategy and roadmap
• Oversee AWS infrastructure including compute, networking, storage, and Kubernetes
• Drive reliability, performance, and fault tolerance improvements
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices (Terraform)
• Build and mature DevSecOps capabilities (vulnerability management, secrets management)
