Description

As the Product Manager for digital experiences at Bevi, you will execute the software roadmap powering our connected beverage machines and the tools used by partners and technicians, working at the intersection of hardware and software to ensure a seamless, data-driven digital experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Software Product Management
• Technical fluency to work with engineers on complex system architectures, APIs, and data pipelines
• Proven track record of shipping software products in an agile environment
• Strong eye for UX/UI and experience partnering with design teams
• Practical experience identifying and shipping AI-powered features

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software features, from discovery to launch and optimization
• Manage and prioritize product backlog for areas like The Well web app, APIs, and product-specific software
• Partner with UI/UX Design to craft intuitive interfaces and leverage data for predictive maintenance
• Conduct user research to streamline workflows for service technicians and enterprise partners
• Define and track KPIs for feature adoption, user engagement, and system health
