You'll define the agent building experience and own the Agent Development Life Cycle at a company pioneering AI-powered customer experiences. Your work will empower teams to build, test, and iterate on complex agents with speed and confidence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define the agent building experience across journeys, chat, and workflows.
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from analysis to release.
• Build simulation and testing systems for validation before deployment.
• Design reusable systems through packages for modular building blocks.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Strong technical depth in system design and platform architecture
• Experience building 0→1 products or platforms
• Experience working with AI systems and LLMs

• Experience with developer platforms or complex technical products
• Strong product instincts for builder tools
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic systems
