You'll manage global payments and treasury operations for a fast-growing industrial tech company, ensuring accuracy and liquidity. Your work directly impacts cash flow optimization and process automation. You'll collaborate across finance teams in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and monitor daily payments (suppliers, payroll, taxes, international transfers).
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts, forecast cash needs, optimize liquidity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly cash flow reports and projections.
• Ensure documentation compliance with internal controls and local regulations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in Accounts Payable or Treasury.
• Advanced knowledge of cash flow management and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems.
• Experience in multinational environments or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with payment processes in Mexico or the USA.
