You'll manage AP processes for a digital health scale-up, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. Your work will directly support timely month-end closes for multiple entities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enter and categorize vendor invoices in Ramp
• Reconcile AP accounts and prepare audit documentation
• Assist with month-end close activities related to AP
• Support Budget vs. Actual analysis by gathering AP data

📋 Requirements

• Accounting background with experience in journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Understanding of accounting principles for compliant financial reporting
• Comfortable with tight month-end close deadlines
• Advanced Excel proficiency for financial analysis

• NetSuite and Ramp experience
• Experience dealing with external auditors
