Description

As a Field Maintenance Technician, you will own your work orders, manage budgets, and oversee comprehensive maintenance for properties in Lessen's portfolio, providing excellent customer service while working independently in the field.

Requirements

• 3+ years of verifiable, hands-on experience in property management maintenance or related trade
• Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry
• Ability to manage independent work orders and budget time/materials
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly, 75 lbs occasionally

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to skilled maintenance and repair requests
• Assist with scheduling, overseeing, and communicating with contractors
• Purchase maintenance supplies as needed
• Perform preventive maintenance and comprehensive repairs in plumbing, appliances, pool, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior, and basic electrical
• Manage work orders, budget time and materials, and communicate effectively with contractors and clients
