You'll design and build production-grade Executive Communication Agents for a fast-growing AI company. Your work will automate high-stakes leadership workflows like scheduling, inbox management, and meeting prep. You'll prototype on Monday, ship by Friday, and iterate based on real user feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build production-grade Executive Communication Agents for scheduling, email, and travel
• Own the full agent stack including orchestration, memory, tool use, and evals
• Partner with C-level leadership to identify automation opportunities and translate workflows into shipped systems
• Set agent quality standards by building evaluation frameworks and defining reliability metrics

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years building LLM-powered products or agents in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom agent frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience building AI assistants used by non-technical end users
• Background in a high-growth startup or early-stage AI company
• Experience with multi-agent systems or human-in-the-loop workflows
