💼 About This Role

You'll join a collaborative finance team supporting a company that creates phone-free spaces. You'll own the bank reconciliation process, manage corporate credit card expense coding in Ramp, and ensure timely month-end close. This hybrid part-time role offers exposure to modern finance systems and flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Code credit card transactions in Ramp to appropriate accounts
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across all company accounts
• Review and follow up on cardholder receipts and expense policy compliance
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close

📋 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of accounting experience with bank reconciliations
• Experience with corporate credit card management
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience with Ramp or similar expense platforms
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or product-based company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
