Description

You will drive the complete lifecycle success of strategic consumer lending customers, developing new business opportunities and deepening relationships with leading fintechs and credit card issuers. You'll take a consultative approach, owning revenue growth through new logo acquisition and account expansion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in management consulting, strategic partnerships, or enterprise account management
  • Expertise in both account management and business development
  • Executive-level communication and strategic synthesis skills
  • Experience closing new logo and expansion opportunities
  • Ability to mentor team members and contribute to best practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow relationships with consumer lending clients
  • Lead presales process, QBRs, and executive steering committees
  • Execute targeted business development activities to generate pipeline
  • Use data analytics to understand customer acquisition patterns and portfolio performance
  • Serve as voice of consumer lending customer, advocating for roadmap priorities
