You'll serve as the visible face of IT at CAIS headquarters, managing day-to-day support and leading the support team. You'll own Microsoft environment administration and use AI tools like Claude Code to engineer solutions. This role combines practical IT leadership with making AI feel accessible to all employees.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the support team and MSP resources firmwide.
• Serve as senior escalation point for end-user support issues.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Azure/Entra, and M365 estate.
• Enable employee access to AI tools and coach on prompt basics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 2+ years leading a support function or small team.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Intune.
• Daily use of AI tools like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex for engineering.
