💼 About This Role

You'll lead Starbucks store operations and barista teams at a Gopuff location, ensuring order accuracy and fast delivery. Your core impact is creating a positive work environment and maintaining Starbucks standards during your shifts. You'll gain leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume to set positive example
• Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment
• Assist with new employee training and provide respectful coaching
• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
• Ability to work with fluid schedules including early mornings and weekends
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year of cafe leadership preferred
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience preferred
