You'll be a key player on the Paid Media team, providing analytical support and actionable insights across digital channels to drive ticket sales and brand awareness. You'll compile reports, build measurement plans, and collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to optimize marketing performance. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of live entertainment brands and cutting-edge analytics tools.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Compile performance marketing reports across digital channels using BI tools and Google Analytics.
  • Build and maintain measurement plans, attribution models, and benchmarks for paid media.
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to manage data pipelines and ensure tracking accuracy.
  • Develop and test new campaign strategies, ad products, and optimization tactics.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or relevant coursework.
  • 4-6 years experience in analytics or similar role, preferably for e-commerce.
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with SQL for pulling and analyzing large data sets.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of media mix modeling (MMM) and attribution models.
  • Familiarity with Datorama, DOMO, or Google Data Studio.
  • Understanding of programmatic buying tools and ad tech.
