💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain security controls across cloud and non-cloud infrastructure at a global crypto and Web3 platform. You'll own security initiatives from design to production and partner with engineering teams to enable secure delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build security controls for AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) environments
• Design and maintain IAM access controls and RBAC models
• Develop internal security services and platforms for engineering teams
• Partner with engineering teams on secure architecture decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Information Security, SRE, or Systems Engineering
• Strong software development skills in Python or Go
• Solid experience with AWS (IAM, VPCs, security controls)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/EKS and containerization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with identity providers like Okta and standards SAML/OIDC
• Experience writing Policy-as-Code (e.g., Open Policy Agent/Rego)
• Background in Linux systems engineering or network security
