You'll lead facility engineering projects for high-volume logistics and warehouse environments, ensuring new builds, remodels, and upgrades are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, and operations to meet regulatory and operational standards. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end facility engineering projects including construction and remodels
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for on-time delivery
• Coordinate architectural and MEP design processes with permitting compliance
• Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders and partners

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in construction or facilities project management in logistics
• Strong knowledge of MEP design processes and permitting through AHJ authorities
• Solid understanding of building codes (IBC, NFPA, IFC, ADA, EPA, OSHA)
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Experience with material handling systems or hazardous material storage
• Proficiency in CAD software
