You'll lead a team of product managers and improve product delivery processes for a mission-driven company serving government and nonprofit clients. You'll build scalable systems that reduce delivery friction and increase predictability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team responsible for requirements and backlog management
• Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories
• Establish standards for epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering to improve sprint readiness and delivery

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management or business analysis in software delivery
• Experience leading or mentoring others in requirements or backlog management
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise or platform-based software
• Experience in government or public sector contexts
• Experience leading Product Owners or Business Analysts
