💼 About This Role

You'll install, configure, and troubleshoot server hardware in a data center environment, supporting mission-critical infrastructure for clients. Your hands-on work will ensure smooth operations through rack-and-stack, cabling, and hardware maintenance. This night-shift role offers enterprise-level IT experience with a focus on hardware reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and decommission servers, storage, and network equipment
• Perform rack and stack, cable management, and hardware labeling
• Diagnose and resolve hardware failures and performance issues
• Complete firmware updates, component replacements, and health checks

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of server hardware experience
• Knowledge of data center operations including rack installation and cable management
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

✨ Nice to Have

• CompTIA A+, Server+, or similar hardware certifications
• Experience with Dell, HP, Cisco enterprise hardware
• Basic Linux or Windows server administration
