You'll lead capacitor R&D builds and prototypes for a fusion energy startup on the path to the world's first power plant. You'll translate engineering designs into executable plans and drive technical rigor and safe execution across the R&D team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise Engineering Technicians supporting capacitor R&D builds
• Coordinate build schedules, staffing, and resource constraints
• Translate engineering designs into executable work plans
• Ensure safe execution and alignment with engineering intent

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing, R&D, or technical operations
• 2+ years leading or supervising technical teams
• Hands-on background in electro-mechanical or precision manufacturing
• Data-driven approach to tracking progress and outcomes
