Description

You will design and manage executive and enterprise incentive compensation programs, conduct benchmarking, support board-level governance, and ensure regulatory compliance. You'll shape pay frameworks to align with business strategy, attract senior talent, and deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation with significant focus on executive compensation
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; CCP or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and executive-level communication skills
  • Experience preparing materials for Compensation Committees and Boards of Directors
  • Experience with proxy statements and compensation reporting

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage executive compensation programs including base pay, annual incentives, equity vehicles, and LTIPs
  • Administer Short-Term Incentive (STI) plan for all employee levels
  • Conduct executive compensation benchmarking using survey data and market intelligence
  • Support equity program design and governance practices
  • Prepare materials for Compensation Committee and Board meetings
