💼 About This Role

You'll join the Supply Partnerships team to integrate adjoe's ad solutions into publishers' apps, driving revenue growth. You'll build relationships with Japanese publisher partners, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals. This role offers the chance to shape the ad experience for hundreds of millions of users in a fast-growing rewarded advertising channel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish strong relations with potential publisher partners in Japan
• Manage pipeline including lead generation, reach-outs, and closing
• Work with internal stakeholders on onboarding and growing clients
• Prepare customized sales presentations for partners

📋 Requirements

• At least 4 years of tech sales experience
• Experience in adtech or mobile advertising with proven track record
• Understanding of standard adtech KPIs (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU)
• Native Japanese speaker and proficient in English
