Description

You will lead the development of advanced test platforms for defense programs, managing the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment. You'll design test hardware, software, and firmware, guide small teams, and troubleshoot in manufacturing settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM
• Minimum 5 years relevant engineering experience
• Experience with electrical engineering design and/or software automation
• U.S. citizenship
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain interim secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop test hardware, software, and firmware from requirements through deployment
• Support test development across Power, RF, Analog, Digital disciplines
• Lead small engineering teams, reporting cost and schedule status
• Identify test readiness issues and optimization opportunities
• Guide mechanical engineering teams through test adapter design
