Own Loft Orbital's space infrastructure across a growing satellite fleet. You'll define strategy, lead execution, and grow teams to ensure reliability at scale while improving automation. This role drives incident management and cross-functional alignment for high-stakes operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop Flight Directors, SatCons, and Space Infrastructure teams
• Define long-term strategy for scalable, automated fleet operations
• Own infrastructure availability and reliability SLAs for customer missions
• Drive incident management, anomaly triage, and post-incident reviews

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years leading satellite operations or large-scale distributed systems
• Strong technical grounding in satellite ops, network, software, or DevOps
• Proven success scaling operations to support fleet growth
• Experience owning incident response and operational process design

• Experience in a high-growth or rapidly scaling space company
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance environments (FCC, licensing)
