Description

You will work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported model of care.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of residence
• 2+ years of independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine including initiation
• Reside in one of: AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY
• Ability to work 30-40 hours/week with fixed schedule
• Private HIPAA-compliant workspace

• Provide patient-centered care aligned with harm reduction principles
• Work autonomously in a structured, team-supported model
