Description

You will lead the Category Management and Supply Demand Planning teams to optimize product cost, quality, and availability across over 1,000 specialty food items sourced from 40+ countries. Your work will directly support sales and cross-functional partners in maintaining Roland Foods' industry-leading supplier network and inventory performance.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans

Responsibilities

• Lead Category Managers, Supply Demand Planning Manager, and analysts
• Establish strategic roadmap with clear KPIs for category management and supply demand planning
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate terms to optimize cost, quality, availability
• Deploy techniques to motivate supplier performance
• Create or enhance operational processes including sales and operations planning
