🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement company-wide safety policies and training programs
• Lead safety culture initiatives focused on engagement and behavioral change
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Monitor safety performance metrics and report to senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or equivalent experience
• 4+ years leading safety programs in multi-site environments
• Strong OSHA and EPA regulatory knowledge
• Experience managing safety for geographically distributed teams
