💼 About This Role

You'll own the TA tech stack, AI strategy, and cross-functional programs at an AI-native cybersecurity company. Your work will directly shape how recruiting scales and operates. This senior IC role drives decisions across TA, People Ops, and HR Tech with full accountability for outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive the annual TA Operations roadmap and quarterly planning cycles.
• Own a portfolio of cross-functional programs end to end.
• Identify where AI closes gaps in recruiting workflows and drive adoption.
• Maintain full visibility across TA tools, vendors, contracts, and utilization.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in program management or TA operations at a high-growth tech company
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex cross-functional programs
• Demonstrated skill at influencing senior leaders without formal authority
• Hands-on AI fluency with tools like Claude and Cowork

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday) and interview tooling (BrightHire, ModernLoop)
• Comfortable with PM tools like Linear
• Experience owning an AI project from scoping to measured outcomes
