Description

As a Community Manager, you'll lead all aspects of community operations, including financial performance, leasing, and resident satisfaction, while building a strong team culture and ensuring exceptional service.

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Two years of property management experience including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager
• Preferred: six months of community manager experience in multi-family
• Preferred industry software: Yardi, Knock, Microsoft
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
• Conduct property inspections to maintain curb appeal and quality
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies
• Hire, train, and coach team members to meet performance goals
• Address escalated resident concerns and plan resident events
