💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-functioning MSL organization for REGENXBIO's neuromuscular/DMD program, collaborating with Medical Directors to develop field medical strategy. You'll recruit and mentor MSLs, oversee KOL engagement, and represent MA at congresses. This role demands building a team from scratch while driving scientific leadership in rare disease.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build MSL organization including vision and territory design
• Recruit, coach, and mentor MSLs for high performance
• Establish relationships with national thought leaders and investigators
• Lead field insights and competitive intelligence activities

📋 Requirements

• Doctorate level degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, MPH or equivalent)
• 5+ years of MSL experience
• 3+ years MSL management experience
• Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy or rare pediatric neuromuscular disease expertise
