You'll own acquisition across SEM and paid social channels for Atticus, a Series C startup connecting Americans in crisis with legal aid. Your work will directly help millions access over $10B in life-changing aid. You'll have broad ownership and mentorship in a fast-growing social impact company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own channel strategy, campaign setup, and optimization recommendations
• Evaluate performance and report weekly with data insights
• Plan monthly budgets and optimize for ROAS
• Define and execute new channel testing strategies
• Manage media buyer agencies and contractors

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of growth marketing experience at agencies and in-house
• Experience leading paid search and paid social strategy
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Experience with creatively-driven channels like Meta and YouTube
• Strong quantitative analytical skills

• Experience with Looker, SQL, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
