💼 About This Role

You'll define and build Adaptive's ML capabilities from the ground up for detecting and responding to AI-powered cyber threats in real time. As the first ML hire, you'll set technical direction, build infrastructure, and integrate models into production. This is a rare opportunity to shape the ML function at an NVIDIA and OpenAI-backed cybersecurity startup with massive ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define ML strategy across products
• Build end-to-end production ML systems
• Establish evaluation methodology and metrics
• Own data labeling and feedback loops
• Integrate ML into existing codebase

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years production ML experience
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with cloud ML infrastructure (AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.)
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Experience standing up ML function at early-stage startup
• Background in cybersecurity or adversarial ML
